We acquired this property from an owner who was under pressure to sell due to his loan term expiring and unable to achieve a refinance due to lack of value creation and income. We had an opportunity to not only buy the property at an attractive basis, but also renovate the units to our standard that we knew tenants would love.

 

Execution

We started renovations on this property the day we took over. Our plan was simple- renovate as quickly as possible through interior and exterior renovations. 24 months later we had returned 94% of the equity back to investors!
